    How to use?
    1. Prepare the natural nail plate: Shape the nail, gently buff the surface, and then cleanse and degrease it.
    2. Apply NAIL PREP and wait for about 30 seconds, then apply TAPE BOND and wait for about 30 seconds.
    3. Apply any VICTORIA VYNN base coat. Cure for 60 seconds.
    4. Apply the first layer of color and use a magnet to create the cat-eye effect. Cure for 60 seconds.
    5. Apply a second layer of color and use a magnet to create the cat-eye effect. Cure for 60 seconds.
    6. Finish the manicure with any VICTORIA VYNN hybrid top coat. Cure for 60 seconds.
